Ron Margolis hails from the City of Brotherly Love, Philadephia. His passion for music and technology brought him west in the 80s where he created and managed a $10 million sales organization providing high tech computer solutions for the entertainment industry including video editing, audio editing, and special effects creation
Continuing westward, Ron landed in Kauai and turned his passion for marketing and sales into the exciting real estate market which has been appreciating at a phenomenal rate for the last five years. Ron's experienced negotiating and communication skills make him a natural resource for those wishing to either sell or buy property in the islands.After working for Mimsy Bouret at Hanalei North Shore Properties, he and his wife Gwen joined the Century 21 All Islands team in Kapaa. Additionally, Ron loves music and sports. Kauai was the perfect place for Ron to learn the challenging game of golf which he is in the process of doing ( who isn't still learning it,right?)As a professional musician, he has enjoyed regular drumming gigs with community theater productions,the Princeville Hotel, and the Hyatt at Poipu in the past. You can occasionally find him drumming at Trees, the new night spot in Kapaa behind Coconut Marketplace, or just about any place around the island where they will let him drum!
Ron lives in Kapaa area with his wife Gwen and their dog Samson. Together they work and enjoy the beauty and wonder of life in Kauai. |
